“I ain’t no ways tired….”

Is there a difference between mimicking dialect and putting on Black Face?  

I found Obama adopting a ‘Hood’ accent while addressing Howard University to be Racist and Offensive.  Can neither he nor Hillary address an African American audience without mimicking their cultural dialect?It’s manipulative, racist, bigoted: desperate for Hillary and pandering for Obama.  College students with shiny new educations should be highly insulted at this transparent insult.
